AUSTRALIAN ORDERS

Shipping costs for domestic orders are a standard flat rate of $9.95. Standard Shipping within Australia: 1-4 business days (Metro areas; allow 1-2 additional days for regional deliveries). Note that dispatch and shipping times may be longer during busy seasons like Christmas, and delivery times cannot be guaranteed.

 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

For international orders, shipping costs have a flat rate of $35. All international orders are processed within 48 hours and sent via Australia Post Standard international delivery service, with tracking available. DUTIES & TAXES

International orders are subject to the duties and taxes of the destination country, which are not included in the product price and are the responsibility of the recipient upon delivery. CARDBOARD. has no control over customs rates and processing times in each country.

SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS

If you decide not to accept the delivery of your CARDBOARD. order (except in cases of a product fault), you are responsible for original shipping charges, duties, taxes, and customs fees, as well as the return shipping cost, which will be deducted from your refund. Any claims related to missing items or damaged/incorrect products must be reported to CARDBOARD. within 7 days of receiving the items.

TITLE & RISK

We retain ownership of items until full payment is received. Once items leave our premises for delivery, they are at your risk.

RETURNS

Our return policy applies to all items purchased from the CARDBOARD. online store. CARDBOARD. will only accept returns in case of a faulty product reported within 7 days of delivery. CARDBOARD. will re-deliver, replace, or refund orders if we've addressed the delivery incorrectly. However, if you provided an incorrect or insufficient address, we cannot take responsibility.You have 7 days upon receiving your purchase to request a return. Upon CARDBOARD's confirmation of the return, you have 5 business days to return the item. Return and re-delivery shipping costs for an exchange are the purchaser's responsibility.

 

HOW TO PROCESS A RETURN

Once we receive your order and ensure it meets the conditions, we'll process a refund or store credit. Returns are typically processed within 1-3 business days.

  

FAULTY CLAIMS

In case you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible with all necessary information and clear imagery. CARDBOARD. reserves the right to reject returns at its discretion, and non-refundable shipping and handling charges apply unless the received items are incorrect or faulty. We honor return, exchange, and refund agreements meeting the stipulations mentioned above. However, excessively frequent return requests may be subject to potential rejection.
